# 🐦 Beat Bird

**Tap to the beat. Fly higher.**

Beat Bird is a one-tap rhythm flyer where the obstacles move to the music. Every pillar lands exactly on the beat of the song, so tapping in rhythm doesn't just score points, it keeps your bird in the air.

## How to play

- **Tap** the screen (or press **Space**) to flap.

- Tap **on the beat** for a **PERFECT**: bonus points, a stronger flap and a growing combo.

- Tap once per beat and your bird holds its altitude. Skip beats and you sink. Double-tap the half-beat and you climb.

- Fly through the gaps, grab the coins, and hit the level's score goal.

## Features

- **100 levels in 5 worlds**: day, sunset, night, neon and lava. Every level has its own generated song, and the tempo rises as you go.

- **Boss levels** every 10 levels, with red moving pillars.

- **Moving pillars** that sweep in time with the beat.

- **12 different birds**: Bluebird, Parrot, Owl, Penguin, Duck, Toucan, Cardinal, Peacock, Eagle, Flamingo, Cool Crow and Phoenix. Unlock them by progressing, or buy them in the shop.

- **Coins and shop**: collect coins in the gaps and spend them on upgrades (start with a shield, wider PERFECT window, coin magnet).

- **Shield power-up**: every 10-combo earns a shield that absorbs one hit.

- **3D visuals** with real-time lighting, shadows and depth.

- **Sound settings**: separate Music and Effects volume sliders.

- **Share your best song**: get a score card and a challenge link to send to friends.

## Game modes

- **Levels**: clear 100 levels. Level 1 needs 200 points, and each level needs 100 more.

- **Endless**: survive as long as you can while the speed keeps rising.

- **Daily Challenge**: the same song and pillar pattern for everyone, new every day.

- **Zen**: 90 seconds, no crashing, just feel the beat.

- **Time Attack**: score as much as you can in 60 seconds.

## Tips

- Watch the four beat dots in the top-left corner to stay in time.

- Aim for combos: your multiplier goes up every 5 PERFECT taps.

- Turn the sound on! The game is built around the music.

## Notes

- Best on mobile and desktop browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).

- 3D mode needs an internet connection to load. Without it, the game falls back to classic 2D.

- Your progress, coins, birds and best scores are saved in your browser.
